For me, that moment came on January 14, 2020. One moment, life was normal. The next, I was fighting for my life. A routine visit to the chiropractor. A single adjustment. And suddenly, a thought crashed into my mind:
"You’re going to die."
That night, I suffered two mini-strokes. The next day, my body collapsed beneath me. My vision darkened. Pressure filled my head. I felt powerless. Helpless. Trapped.
And then, God spoke.
"Get up and walk."
It was the same command Jesus gave the man at the Pool of Bethesda in John 5—a man who had been paralyzed for 38 years, waiting for healing, longing for change. But Jesus didn’t wait for the water to stir. He spoke, and everything changed.
And just like that man, I had a choice.
This book is both a testimony and an invitation—a journey through my encounter with God’s miraculous power, woven into the story of Bethesda and the greater truth of Scripture.
